Skills are up and working now, well, almost. Still left:

1) Check skill caps
2) Free Knowledge Skill Caps
3) Get skill at a different rating
4) Remove a purchased skill

But close! For those of you who have already installed it just got to Tools->Extesnsions->Find Updates to see the new version(from last night).

Everyone else, to install you need FireFox 1.5 and then just go here to install.
